About The Position

Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
4 years experience in auditing and regulatory compliance OR Bachelors degree and one year of experience
Experience with state specific Medicaid procedures
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred

Responsibilities

Manages overall quality improvement activities that produce more efficient operations and higher quality care to the children assigned to the residential treatment program.
Develops programs to review and evaluate resident care and outcomes.
Implements strategies and plans for a quality improvement function within the program in collaboration with the administrative and clinical leaders.
Tracks and presents results of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management.
Focuses on compliance with licensing and contractual regulations.
Oversees incident reporting protocols and corrective measures.
Ensures compliance with outside agency reporting in a timely manner.
