About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all sites and services. This includes coordinating site and Individual Served Record audits, monitoring Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance, completing attendance and training audits, maintaining audit tracking documentation, and supporting policy and procedure updates.

Requirements

  • Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Skills in reading, writing, and speaking the English language fluently.
  • Sight and hearing senses, or use of a prosthetic device which enables these senses to function adequately.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site audits on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate semi-annual audits of individual served records.
  • Audit EVV data and monitor EVV compliance reports.
  • Complete monthly attendance audits.
  • Complete quarterly training audits for each level.
  • Assist with compiling Satisfaction Survey results.
  • Maintain an audit spreadsheet noting correction orders, trends, and completion dates.
  • Participate as a member of the Safety Committee.
  • Assist with policy & procedure updates and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and learning experiences.
  • Maintain a firm understanding of 245D.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of company policies and procedures related to services.
  • Provide professional, enthusiastic, and efficient support to the Services Team and other Company leaders.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and faxing.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
