About The Position

This position supports the Compliance Department's Conflicts of Interest and Outside Activities programs. Additionally, the Compliance Project Coordinator will provide some executive-level administrative services to Compliance leadership. This role is designed for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who will analyze and manage multiple conflicts of interest and outside activities initiatives for the purpose of reducing risks related to violations of the Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in executive-level administrative support, project management, preferably in healthcare, compliance, legal, audit, accounting firm, law firm or another regulated environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
  • Formal administrative professional development or certification (e.g., IAAP, ASAP)

Responsibilities
