About The Position

Requirements

At least 2 years of post-high school education (bachelors degree preferred)
2 years of experience working with youth
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with accomplishing licensing and corporate compliance at our site.
Oversee all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications.
Assist with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues.
Assist with new initiatives or required training across the site.
Provide student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).
