About The Position

The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) is seeking a Compliance / Staff Trainer to join the Rite of Passage Team. This role is dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk young males in a structured environment that promotes self-discipline, self-respect, and motivation. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• At least 4 years experience in auditing and training
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Preferred knowledge in PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and CARF
