About The Position

The Compliance Risk Management Clerical Assistant provides temporary clerical and administrative support to the Compliance and Risk Management Department. This position assists with data entry, document preparation, record organization, filing, and maintaining accurate and confidential compliance-related records. The Clerical Assistant could also support department audits, compliance documentation, tracking activities, and other administrative projects as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with confidential information. This is an entry-level position suited for an individual who can work independently, follow established procedures, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume healthcare environment. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on department needs and performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Assistant or Administrative Assistant role required
  • Solid understanding/experience with human resources and payroll processes

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn to use the organizations Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and talent management systems
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check
  • Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period
  • Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer
