About The Position

This is an entry-level Compliance Auditor role for college graduates who are detail-oriented and enjoy ensuring information accuracy. The position involves reviewing employer payroll records to verify that participants receive the benefit contributions promised in their labor contracts. While the work can be repetitive, it is crucial for the application process and the retirement benefits received by individuals. The company offers paid training and is hiring several auditors for an upcoming training class.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (preferred), or associate degree + equivalent work experience
Able to juggle and prioritize workloads
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Attentive to details with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
Proficient in Word & Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
A confident and willing traveler with an excellent driving record

Responsibilities

Review and analyze payroll records to ensure compliance with appropriate contracts
Complete data entry and document errors/omissions using proprietary audit software
Write weekly status updates for each audit performed
Effectively communicate with clients, including asking appropriate questions and summarizing audit results
Contribute to the overall team effort by meeting production standards (measured by KPI)
