About The Position

Compliance Associate supports the Director of Compliance in monitoring the effectiveness of the company compliance program and helps with compliance related projects.

Requirements

• In depth knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, PCI, privacy and various state collection statutes, Regulation F preferred.
• Time Management/ Planning/ Organized
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving
• Technical skills
• Knowledge of Columbia Ultimate’s The Collector System
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented
• 2+ years’ experience in collection and/or servicing operations

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years relevant experience and/or College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor all incoming and in process consumer bankruptcy fillings for action and disposition.
• Manage all operational monitoring reports: International Skip Tracing, Disputes, Cease & Desist Requests, Prior ATY processing HLD Report, Missing Scrub Report, SCRA Requests, BAD Post Date EFT Monitoring.
• Assist with managing and responding to TransUnion inquires through e-OSCAR website.
• Assist with internal operational audits to determine adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist with Developing and Managing Corporate Procedural Manuals
• Assist in administration of compliance document management system.
• Assist with regular and on-going training needs
