Xcaliber is seeking a full-time Compliance and Regulatory Reporting Analyst for its Tulsa office. The applicant must be able to meet and manage deadlines efficiently. The applicant must demonstrate a strong attention to detail. The applicant must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have experience using Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel and be adept at working within multiple database systems concurrently.

Requirements

  • Ability to work fluently with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and work within multiple databases and online reporting systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and technical skills
  • Typing/Keyboarding; proficiency in using a computer for extended periods
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field at a minimum

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with in-house legal department to ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • Compile data and submit monthly compliance reports to federal and state regulatory agencies
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly excise tax reports
  • Communicate with and respond to federal and state auditor requests
  • Prepare filings for Secretaries of State and Departments of Revenue
  • Monitor cigarette tax stamp purchases, returns, refunds, and credits
  • Assist with occasional price increase notifications and invoice reports
  • Continually assess systems, processes, and previously developed solutions to find opportunities for improvements
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with team members and supervisor
  • Performs other duties as assigned
