About The Position

You will support a Customer Information System (CIS) Modernization Project, a large-scale, multi-year transformation initiative focused on rebuilding core billing and customer-facing systems across multiple operating companies. As a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you will support discovery efforts, respond to regulatory and legal inquiries, and help ensure that evolving system designs and processes align with regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Understanding of regulatory, tariff, and legal concepts
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily standups, design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and work sessions
• Support discovery efforts by researching regulatory, tariff, and legal impacts
• Respond to incoming questions from operating companies related to process changes and requirements
• Help with interpretation of regulatory and tariff rules as systems evolve
• Support documentation, process mapping, and collaboration efforts throughout implementation phases
• Work with team members across customer experience, regulatory, legal, and operations teams
• Collaborate with external system integrators and vendors supporting the modernization effort
