Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare compliance, quality improvement, or regulatory oversight
- Knowledge of CMS and state regulations for PACE programs and managed care environments.
- 1 year experience working with older adults
Nice To Haves
- PACE experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the PACE program’s compliance and quality improvement activities.
- Ensures the organization meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures designed to promote participant safety, program integrity, and continuous performance improvement.
