About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Compliance and Quality Manager functions as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures the Board of Directors, management and employees are operating a high quality program and in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, that company policies and procedures are being followed, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative policy and procedures for the financial and human resources sectors.
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years prior job related experience preferred
