About The Position

Ensures case management, reporting, and service delivery meet funder requirements and internal quality standards. Conduct internal file audits and quality checks. Identify gaps and recommend process improvements. Assist with preparation for state and federal audits. Document findings and follow up on corrective actions. Train staff on compliance protocols.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business, or related field, or 2+ years of compliance, auditing, or case management experience, or combination thereof.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
