The Compliance Analyst supports the Personal Financial Counselor (PFC) program’s mandated financial disclosure and conflict of interest (COI) process by administering, monitoring, and maintaining disclosure records and related compliance activities. The role coordinates the collection, review, tracking, and reporting of Personal Financial Counselor Financial Disclosure Reports (PFDRs), supporting regulatory and program requirements. The analyst partners with Regional Supervisors, Compliance Coordinators, and Program Leadership to promote accurate, timely, and consistent execution of disclosure and compliance processes across the program. Final compliance determinations are outside the scope of this role. The position collects, organizes, and maintains documentation from PFDR submissions and COI reporting, keeping records secure, organized, retained, and ready for audit. It reviews submitted reports and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, missing information, inconsistencies, and follow-up needs; updates compliance databases and tracking tools; monitors submission timelines, corrections, resubmissions, annual recertifications, and new-hire compliance status; and prepares draft reporting materials for leadership and stakeholder review. It also monitors retention schedules, coordinates record disposition, and provides administrative follow-up to support timely documentation completion and process improvements. The position is contingent upon government funding. Duties listed are representative and not all-inclusive; additional duties aligned with the role may be assigned. The role requires compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, privacy, and internal policy requirements, including safeguarding sensitive information.
