About The Position
Mandarich Law Group, a leading creditor's rights law firm with offices across multiple states, is seeking a Compliance Analyst. This role will work closely with the Firm's Compliance Team to ensure the organization adheres to consumer and collection laws, regulations, and best practices. The primary responsibilities involve managing consumer disputes, debt verification requests, and fraud and hardship claims, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and organization.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims, including initial review, entry into the firm’s system of record, monitoring status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirements.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
