Compliance Analyst
About The Position
As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for working with internal managers to engage services for valuations on properties and complete associated compliance activities. You will manage simultaneous valuations as assigned and complete required compliance within the scheduled time frame. This role involves maintaining documentation of all active contracts for services, identifying potential exceptions and reporting, escalating, and remediating as required. You will also provide regular updates to compliance management regarding monthly results and use established Compliance policies & procedures to work under limited supervision and to provide assistance to department processes. Additionally, you will work directly with clients to engage outside vendors and report to clients regarding the aging of such engagements.
