About The Position

The Compliance Analyst will serve as a key member of the Compliance team, supporting day-to-day regulatory compliance operations across the organization's MGA and program business activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Compliance, this role is responsible for producer and adjuster licensing, regulatory correspondence, state filings assistance, legislative monitoring, and related compliance program functions. The ideal candidate brings solid foundational insurance regulatory experience, a detail-oriented work style, and the intellectual curiosity to navigate complex, multi-state compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment. Equally important is a genuine openness — or hands-on experience — with AI tools and technology; our compliance function is highly AI-driven, and we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about leveraging AI to work smarter and more efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of insurance compliance experience, preferably in a P&C insurance company, MGA, or insurance regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to state insurance department inquiries, market conduct examinations, and/or complaint handling processes; familiarity with the rate, rule, and form filing and objection response process is a plus.
  • Hands-on producer and/or adjuster licensing experience, including multi-state licensing administration and renewal management.
  • Experience with legislative and regulatory monitoring, including tracking bill activity, regulatory bulletins, and department guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, accurate, and professional regulatory correspondence.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
  • Proficiency with standard business tools (Microsoft Office suite, Slack, compliance management or licensing systems).
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional context, or a demonstrated curiosity and openness toward AI adoption; our compliance function is highly AI-driven and all team members are expected to embrace and actively engage with AI-powered workflows.
