This role involves reviewing and processing notifications from multiple systems to conduct routine ADA compliance assessments. The Compliance Analyst II will make determinations regarding risk mitigation actions or escalation to leadership, document findings, and ensure proper case resolution. This position serves as a point of contact for employees requesting reasonable accommodations under the direction of the Director and Senior Director, Compliance/ADA-504 Coordinator. Responsibilities include assisting with coordinating the interactive process, reviewing accommodation requests and supporting documentation, coordinating meetings and communications, documenting case management activities, drafting accommodation-related documentation, assisting with monitoring approved accommodations, and maintaining confidential electronic case files. The role also includes maintaining and updating compliance records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation, preparing documentation for audits, reviewing ADA-related files, compiling documentation for appeals and reviews, and generating routine reports. Additionally, the Compliance Analyst II will evaluate basic compliance concerns, identify potential risks, propose solutions, and assist with implementing mitigation strategies. The role also involves gathering and compiling data for reports, tracking trends, identifying recurring issues, and providing documentation and data summaries to support leadership decision-making. Administrative duties include preparing and routing documents, performing administrative tasks for the ADA compliance program, and maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
