About The Position

The Compliance Administrator will work with and support the Project Team and subcontractors, and any others involved with the compliance reporting requirements of assigned projects. This role involves the organization of compliance-related documents, maintaining project tracking summaries, and handling all compliance communications. A key responsibility is the accurate collection, review, processing, and submission of Certified Payroll Reports on State/Federal Prevailing wage projects, as well as reports to City of Boston reporting agencies. The administrator will also be responsible for collecting and submitting Boston Resident Verification forms and Section 3 Qualification sheets, creating reports on NEI Field Staff hours, and assisting with special projects as needed.

  • One (1) year of experience in Contract Compliance or closely related area.

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support the Project Team and subcontractors on compliance reporting requirements.
  • Organize compliance-related documents for subcontractors.
  • Maintain project tracking summaries for assigned projects.
  • Organize and maintain copies of weekly reporting submitted by contractors.
  • Handle all compliance communications (incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails).
  • Maintain all compliance-related documents.
  • Collect, accurately review, process, and submit Certified Payroll Reports on State/Federal Prevailing wage projects according to lender requirements.
  • Collect, accurately review, process, and submit reports to City of Boston reporting agencies.
  • Follow up with subcontractors to obtain delinquent reports/required information.
  • Collect and submit Boston Resident Verification forms.
  • Process and collect Section 3 Qualification sheets from contractors.
  • Create and submit reports detailing NEI Field Staff (Laborer’s/Carpenter’s) hours.
  • Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed.
