Requirements

4-6 years of experience in complex litigation.
Excellent writing skills, demonstrated by experience gained through a clerkship, law review, moot court or publication.
Experience with all stages of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motions practice, working with experts, and trial.
Superior academic credentials.
Willingness to commit to excellent client service and a client-centered practice.
Comfort with analyzing complex legal issues, for example contractual, jurisdictional, choice-of-law, and admiralty law issues.

Nice To Haves

Clerkship experience, especially at the appellate level, is strongly preferred.
Strong interest in the field of aviation.
Technical background in aerospace or mechanical engineering, computer science, or life sciences.
