About The Position
Rivkin Radler is seeking associates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in complex litigation to join our Uniondale, Long Island office. The firm is looking for professionals who share a passion for the law and a commitment to total client satisfaction. The associate will be responsible for all aspects of investigation and litigation in both state and federal courts. The firm offers a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week remotely. The environment is described as congenial and fast-paced.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in complex litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing skills
- A commitment to handling challenging and demanding litigation work
Nice To Haves
- Insurance and/or healthcare fraud experience a plus
