Requirements

• College degree required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in insurance claims, legal administration, or related support role preferred.
• Experience in and/or exposure to large casualty claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the intake, setup, and maintenance of complex claims files.
• Reviews, analyzes, and distills information from notices of claims and supporting documentation for entry into RiskMaster, and for initial response to the reporting party.
• Reviews all first-report documentation for initial determination of claim handling.
• Prepares routine correspondence and coverage letters for review by Legal Counsel.
