We’re looking for a Complex Associate Director of Sales to help lead revenue strategy, drive new business, and support the sales team at one of the most unique Marriott properties in the world, with 506 rooms and over 5,000 square feet of meeting space. This position includes a performance-driven career path, with the opportunity to advance to Complex Director of Sales within 12 – 18 months. Responsibilities

New business identification and procurement
Analyze market competition and trends within various business segments
Assist in developing, implementing, and controlling the hotel's sales and marketing plan
Create and maintain strong business relationships within various market segments
Manage sales-related activities for the property
Maximize and enhance room and event revenues to meet and exceed the hotel's revenue goals
Retain and grow existing business to maximize profitability
Support department goals by coaching Sales Team Members in the sales process
Acts in the absence of the Corporate Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to maximize hotel service and profitability
