Our client, a major aerospace engine manufacturer, is expanding its First Article Inspection (FAI) support for complex engine assemblies and subassemblies across both existing and upcoming configurations. Much of the work happens before an engine ever reaches the assembly floor: tracing requirements from the drawings through manufacturing planning so every characteristic is accounted for and the FAI documentation is accurate and complete. This is a role for a hands-on technical mind — someone who understands how complex assemblies actually get built and enjoys following a requirement across linked drawings, specifications, parts lists, and operation sheets. Ballooning drawings is one piece of the job; the real value is the detailed technical review behind it. You'll work independently, ask sharp questions when something is ambiguous, and take pride in accuracy and traceability.
