Requirements

A sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things right
The physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort using cleaning agents and working in a production environment
A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in detailing, custodial work, or hands-on manufacturing is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Deep clean the interior and exterior of completed yachts using vacuums, solvents, and detailing tools
Install finishing components such as seat covers, mattresses, safety kits, and more
Prepare each boat for delivery to customers and dealers, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards
Use checklists and visual inspections to verify every detail is complete and correct
Maintain your tools and work area with care, professionalism, and pride
Safely operate small power tools, hand tools, and cleaning equipment
Support your team and adapt to additional tasks as needed to keep production moving
