About The Position

Fidelity Life, a leader in financial security for middle-market consumers, is redefining the life insurance industry through innovation, patented products, and predictive analytics. eFinancial, an affiliated online and call-center-based agency, utilizes a proprietary sales technology platform to serve consumers. • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguity, structure new problem spaces, and convert incomplete information into clear conclusions, practical implications, and recommended actions for senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise, executive-ready briefs, presentations, and decision support materials.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing action without direct authority.
  • High intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment about what matters most.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools; experience with BI tools, dashboards, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, AI-enabled research, or workflow automation is preferred.
