The Compensation Senior Manager will work in our fast-paced, vibrant environment to execute day-to-day administration of Aramark’s broad-based global compensation programs and initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work and network on a global scale across functions, particularly with HR leadership for processes that impact the whole organization including salary structures, compensation data architecture, job evaluation, benchmarking, and incentive plan support. Compensation is a tight knit team that works hard to support each other to seek out new tasks, take ownership of work and innovation, and drive positive impact while growing and developing professionally. This position is a hybrid role based out of Philadelphia.
