As a Compensation Specialist, you’ll support the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs that help attract, retain, and reward great people across the organization. Working closely with the Director, HR Technology & Total Rewards and the broader HR team, you’ll leverage tools like Workday Advanced Compensation to support annual compensation cycles, maintain salary structures, and provide insights that guide compensation decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating with stakeholders, and turning insights into practical solutions that support both employees and the business.
