Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure information
- Transparency, high quality standards, and a strong desire to learn
- Great rigor and strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset and openness to asking questions
- Advanced level of French, as the role requires daily communication with unilingual French‑speaking internal collaborators and clients
- Advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication with unilingual English‑speaking internal collaborators and clients
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service by email and phone to the sales team or distribution networks regarding advisor compensation
- Analyzing, processing, and explaining complex situations, and proposing clear and precise solutions
- Acting as a reference for the sales team by clearly explaining compensation rules as well as the various types of bonuses and commissions
- Using multiple computer systems daily to process requests, make changes to files, and follow up accordingly
- Identifying and reporting non‑standard situations and collaborating with the team to find effective and sustainable solutions
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities (mentorship, presentations, special projects, etc.)
