The Compensation Specialist, Americas supports the design, implementation, and delivery of total rewards programs across the region, with a strong focus on compensation. This role plays a key part in ensuring competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation programs—while contributing to LATAM benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives that support the overall employee value proposition. Working closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders, this role provides guidance on compensation matters including salary structures, market benchmarking, and annual planning processes. The Manager leverages data and market insights to support pay decisions, monitor trends, and promote consistency and fairness across markets in the Americas. The role also partners with global Total Rewards teams to align on philosophy and frameworks, while helping adapt programs to meet regional market and regulatory requirements. In addition, this role supports governance, compliance, and operational execution of compensation and total rewards programs, while contributing to continuous improvement and capability building within the function.
