Job Title: Compensation Manager Location: Conyers, GA, Richmond, VA, Hybrid What we are looking for: We are looking for a Compensation Manager to lead the design, analysis, and administration of total rewards programs, including both base pay and incentive pay, that meet Dover Food Retail’s objectives, culture & values. The Compensation Manager will also provide training and compensation consultation to the HR team and serve as a trusted advisor/resource to the HR Leadership Team and business leaders. Leads day-to-day compensation activities including production of compensation communications and approvals, reporting, audits, etc. Partners across Dover Food Retail to understand business needs and proactively apply compensation knowledge to develop solutions to help drive the business.
