We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation Center of Expertise (COE) at Marsh. This role will be based in New York City, NY office in the US. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Compensation Leader for Business & Client Services (BCS) partners closely with the Chief Information and Operations Officer (CIOO), BCS Leadership team, and BCS Chief People Officer to deliver compensation advisory and solutions that meet business needs. The role will lead the design, development, and implementation of global reward strategies for BCS that align with and support Marsh’s overall business objectives and purpose: building the confidence to thrive through the power of perspective. As the leader of the BCS Compensation Team, you will oversee broad-based compensation programs, incentive plans, and reward insights. The Compensation COE collaborates with other teams in our People Function to provide compensation strategy, design, and subject matter expertise to the organization ensuring alignment between people and business strategies.
