The Compensation Consultant will support the Compensation Team at Seacoast Bank, focusing on designing, administering, communicating, reporting on, and monitoring broad-based compensation programs across the bank. These programs may include job levels/grades, pay structures, formulaic/annual incentive plans, merit/salary increases, reward/recognition programs, and other compensation-related initiatives. The consultant will be an expert in broad-based compensation matters, data, reporting, and analytics, utilizing data to answer questions on compensation-related initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness, appropriate connection between pay and performance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
