As a Compensation Consultant, you will lead moderate to complex compensation initiatives focused on job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, survey participation, and compensation analysis to promote consistent and equitable pay programs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintain market competitiveness across relevant labor markets. With additional focus in Executive Compensation, Incentive Programs, and International Compensation, you will manage compensation programs, particularly incentive compensation, by reviewing and applying eligibility criteria, completing scoring and award calculations, maintaining compensation rules and structures, and partnering on specialized compensation initiatives. You will work on projects, programs, and initiatives including the Mission Impact Plan, physician compensation, international compensation reviews, and Workday Extend. Responsibilities include the Mission Impact Plan, caregiver office physician populations with 50% administrative and 50% clinical responsibilities, and international compensation reviews. This position will work independently, manage incentive compensation activities, and contribute to the build-out of incentive programs in Workday Extend, including technical compensation processes tied to system configuration. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This role prefers candidates who reside in Ohio, Florida, or Nevada.
