About The Position

As a Compensation Associate, you will manage multiple survey projects and contribute to high-profile consulting engagements within our Global Financial Services Industry group. This is a unique opportunity to influence compensation strategies across leading financial institutions worldwide.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of compensation survey experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Corporate exposure through internships, part-time roles, or related education
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Results-driven mindset focused on business success
  • Proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); advanced Excel skills preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Background in Human Resources or prior consulting experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise (statistical analysis, graphs, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience working with global financial services clients
  • Familiarity with compensation program design and market practice reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full compensation survey cycle from launch to report delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely results
  • Serve as the primary client contact, leading job matching sessions and resolving data issues
  • Deliver clear insights that strengthen client relationships and drive survey participation
  • Analyze large datasets and interpret compensation trends
  • Prepare impactful reports and presentations
  • Support bespoke consulting projects, including benchmarking, incentive plan design, and regulatory updates
  • Contribute to broader initiatives such as industry research, training, and business development
