About The Position

Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation. Conducts preliminary job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommends plan revisions to compete with market trends. Assists with compiling and preparing reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management. Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in order overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
