This role partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide market-informed compensation analysis, workforce insights, and operational support that enable effective talent and workforce decisions. Using market data, workforce analytics, and established compensation practices, the position supports salary administration, job architecture, workforce reporting, position management, and internal equity reviews. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate workforce and compensation data, supporting strategic workforce initiatives, and helping ensure compensation programs remain competitive, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives. Operating in a highly collaborative environment, the Compensation and Workforce Partner combines data analysis, attention to detail, and customer service to support compensation programs, workforce planning activities, and HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
