This role is responsible for managing compensation and leave processes for all employees. Key duties include processing anniversary increases, facilitating FMLA and non-FMLA leave, participating in salary surveys, and maintaining accurate employee records. The specialist will also compile reports, respond to inquiries regarding personnel policies, and handle incoming calls and guests to the department. Additionally, they will process changes in staff information, communicate these changes to relevant departments, and respond to external requests for salary survey data. Participation in the planning and implementation of special functions is also expected.
