The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for leading the administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s compensation, benefits, and payroll processes and vendor relationships. This role serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for total rewards and HRIS operations, with a strong focus on vendor management, UKG administration, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a strategic and analytical approach to compensation and benefits while also maintaining strong operational oversight of payroll processes, third-party vendor relationships, and HR technology platforms. This position partners closely with HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant, and employee-focused total rewards programs.
