Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 3+ years in compensation and benefits management or a related HR field.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, market trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Strong understanding of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive within the industry and align with company goals.
  • Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with overall HR and business strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to existing compensation structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs to drive employee motivation and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation trends to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to manage budgeting and cost forecasting for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Lead communication efforts to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs, policies, and updates.
  • Oversee the administration of employee leave programs, such as vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation-related matters.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize benefits offerings and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
  • Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
