Responsible for providing support for day-to-day compensation operations. Perform various activities including conducting basic compensation research; reviewing and processing requests in Human Capital Management (HCM) system, HCM system standardization, and maintenance; and administration of various compensation programs. Provides service and support to internal customers with regards to compensation policies and practices, regulatory compliance, and HCM functionality. Takes proactive ownership for periodic compensation reports and metrics.
