About The Position

doTERRA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our compensation processes. In this role, you will assist with compensation data analysis, job requisition and offer reviews, compensation changes, market pricing, job architecture, job profile maintenance, compensation survey work, pay structure updates, reporting, audits, and annual compensation review preparation. Working closely with HR and Compensation leaders, HR business partners, recruiters, and managers, the Compensation Analyst helps ensure compensation processes are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR, compensation, or data analytics experience who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and supporting fair, consistent, market-informed pay practices that help attract, retain, and engage employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR, data analysis, or a related administrative/analytical role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and follow established processes with accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to partner effectively with HR, recruiters, and managers.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, pay structures, and internal equity.

  • Workday, compensation survey, and market pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wage guidance to managers and recruiters by reviewing compensation survey data, pay ranges, internal equity, and established compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate job and compensation data in the HRIS system, including job profiles, job levels, job families, FLSA status, compensation grades, and pay ranges.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support job analysis, benchmarking, and job architecture updates to ensure roles are aligned appropriately.
  • Participate in compensation survey activities, including preparing submissions, validating data, organizing results, and documenting market pricing outcomes.
  • Prepare compensation reports, audits, data summaries, and quality checks to support data accuracy, internal equity, compliance, and consistent decision-making.
  • Support the annual compensation review process by validating data, organizing inputs, reviewing process materials, and preparing documentation.
  • Respond to routine compensation questions and coordinate compensation inputs, timelines, data requests, and deliverables with HR Business Partners, recruiters, and managers.
  • Escalate non-standard or higher-risk compensation matters, including complex offer guidance, pay equity concerns, FLSA questions, and exceptions to established guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee, job, and pay information with discretion.
