Responsible for providing support for day-to-day compensation operations. Perform various activities including conducting basic compensation research; reviewing and processing requests in Human Capital Management (HCM) system, HCM system standardization, and maintenance; and administration of various compensation programs. Provides service and support to internal customers with regards to compensation policies and practices, regulatory compliance, and HCM functionality. Takes proactive ownership for periodic compensation reports and metrics. Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. This role is onsite at 51 Clemson Rd. Columbia, SC. Position Purpose: The Compensation Analyst supports daily compensation operations, including compensation research, HCM transaction processing, system maintenance, and program administration. This role provides guidance on compensation policies, compliance, and HCM functionality while maintaining compensation reports, metrics, and data integrity.
