About The Position

WTW is seeking individuals to join their Work & Rewards (W&R) business, which optimizes work and rewards strategies to unlock value and deliver exceptional outcomes. The W&R team, comprising over 1,100 global colleagues, supports clients across all industries in areas such as executive compensation, board advisory, employee rewards, job framework design, career strategy, and rewards data intelligence. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading consultants and clients on executive and broad employee pay, talent management, and career development programs. You will gain immediate exposure to client assignments in client-facing roles, utilizing imagination, creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to present findings. The role involves developing technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and benefiting from structured training tailored to the business.

Requirements

Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-oriented field or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and client service skills (e.g., internships/part-time jobs involving quantitative and qualitative data analysis)
Interest in our business (Careers and Compensation) as demonstrated through work experience, coursework, and/or research assignments
Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, including analyzing data and interpreting, summarizing and presenting findings
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
Familiar, at a basic level, with using GenAI platforms to boost productivity and quality of tasks
This is a hybrid position that requires you to be local and able to commute to the New York office.
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

Partnering with consultants and clients to design work and rewards programs to attract, reward and retain talent
Collaborating with the Data & Analytics team to provide clients with market pay benchmarking and strategic insights
Helping clients ensure their rewards programs are competitive by performing analyses of program design and other rewards practices utilizing WTW data, tools, and processes
Modeling pay structures and conducting financial impact analyses of alternative designs
Developing, analyzing, and calibrating executive and broad-based incentive plan designs that support companies’ business strategies
Drafting reports and exhibits presenting the team’s analytical work to client audiences
Performing industry and financial research
Participating in client meetings and working sessions
Contributing to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other client-specific business development efforts
Broadening understanding of client solutions and digital platforms and AI applications
Actively building a sales mindset through cultivating internal and client relationships, understanding the W&R value proposition, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business development through collaboration and continuous learning
