About The Position

Performs operational compensation support through application of existing guidelines, practices, and policies. Focus is on optimal delivery and support of pay program(s), excellent service, and integrity of data and analytics provided. Consults primarily with internal HR customers and physician and administrative leaders. Participates in and may lead small scale project work. Uses Excel skills to perform and present compensation analyses. Provides compensation support and consultation to clinical leaders and departments, with a focus on healthcare workforce compensation. This is a hybrid position and must be located within 100 miles of ANY Mayo Clinic campus for occasional on-site expectations based on business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, human resources, finance, or related field.
Excel skills

Nice To Haves

Accounting, human resources, or finance specific experience and certification(s) preferred.
Experience supporting compensation programs within a healthcare organization or advising clinical client groups preferred.
