As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will provide excellent service to all levels for your assigned client group with respect to compensation policy, practices and administration. The Compensation Analyst is accountable for managing the research, analysis, development, implementation and administration of compensation programs, to meet organization objectives and needs. With a solid knowledge of compensation best practices, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and Leaders to provide consultative advice and analytical support on compensation related issues.
