The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Compensation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Partnering with U.S. Plant HR on production compensation including external benchmarking as well as annual increase planning and implementation Supporting Workday compensation processes to ensure accurate administration, operational efficiency, alignment with compensation programs, and response to HR Help tickets Ensuring compliance with U.S. compensation-related legislation by conducting audits, monitoring regulatory developments, and initiating action plans as needed, while creating and maintaining policies in collaboration with legal and cross-functional partners Leading the creation of compensation communications, 3M Go content, and training materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives, while leveraging AI to enhance content development, streamline delivery, and improve the overall employee learning experience Providing consultation and support on key compensation processes and critical initiatives, while driving process improvement efforts in collaboration with internal partners across HR, IT and Legal

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of cross-functional HR experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Two (2) years global compensation experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Knowledge of and experience with compensation programs and processes

  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word

Responsibilities
