Here, you will make an impact by: Partnering with U.S. Plant HR on production compensation including external benchmarking as well as annual increase planning and implementation Supporting Workday compensation processes to ensure accurate administration, operational efficiency, alignment with compensation programs, and response to HR Help tickets Ensuring compliance with U.S. compensation-related legislation by conducting audits, monitoring regulatory developments, and initiating action plans as needed, while creating and maintaining policies in collaboration with legal and cross-functional partners Leading the creation of compensation communications, 3M Go content, and training materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives, while leveraging AI to enhance content development, streamline delivery, and improve the overall employee learning experience Providing consultation and support on key compensation processes and critical initiatives, while driving process improvement efforts in collaboration with internal partners across HR, IT and Legal
