About The Position

A multinational manufacturing client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide flexible analytical and operational support to its Total Rewards team. The immediate focus is supporting annual market data and salary range updates and the annual merit cycle, including data preparation, analysis, validation, and process support. The role also handles ongoing ad hoc compensation analysis and requests, and supports M&A-related employee data and compensation requests through data gathering, validation, analysis, and coordination of transaction-related information.

The position is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a hybrid arrangement for local candidates and remote work open to other candidates. There is a preference for working primarily within Eastern Time business hours. The stated position duration is five months, and compensation is $55–$60 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or a related Human Resources function.
• Hands-on experience using Workday for compensation administration, reporting, and employee data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large and confidential datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis, validation, and reporting with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
