Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of care giving experience .
- Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and proof of insurance required).
- Flexible and coachable with a willingness to adapt to various client needs.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Perform daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams.
- Respond promptly to immediate shift needs and changes in care plans.
