About The Position
Chadon Health Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate openings throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. We are committed to providing high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care that helps individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
- Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to client assignments
- Ability to meet applicable background screening, training, and employment requirements
- Dependable attendance and commitment to scheduled client visits
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed
- Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
- Provide medication reminders within the permitted scope of care
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with approved errands and daily activities
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Accurately document services provided
- Follow the client’s Plan of Care and agency policies
- Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality
